Write a final reflection that answers the following question. Which CAS activity/ies has/have helped me to grow the most and how?
The CAS activity that has helped me the most is the activity with teaching the little kids volleyball. It helped me a lot because it thought me ho to be more responsible and mature. They thought me how to be responsible because it was up to me if i want to pursue the activity and nothing will happen if i play around with them. Mature because I am the oldest that teaches them, if I do not act my age, I will not be a good example to them. Another that the activity thought me is not to expect. I expected them not to know anything about it but it ended up that most of them are actually better that me because they are players of "CARA" they are representatives from their school in Pugad. I had to sacrifice my saturday morning but it's worth my while. With in the time span that I had, I saw a minimum changes from them, they obey me faster and they are more respectful than the first time. It was a very challenging activity but no one will learn if they are not challenged. this experience is something to be remembered and something to be done again.

ICT (teaching others how to use computer)
I joined ICT one friday afternoon and I was given someone to teach. I thought a guy who does not talk that much. I thought him how to do a powerpoint, how to insert pictures, how to put animations and more in a powerpoint. I tried to talk to him a lot but he just nods every time sometimes he does not respond at all, through this it helped me improve my patients. It also helped me in my confidence with talking to others. He was not as friendly as I thought he would be but he thought me some things too. Teaching him also gave me more understanding to other people, to put myself in their own shoes.

ISAC Volleyball 2011
ISAC volleyball last week, started 5th - 9th of october, was an unforgettable moment. Meeting new people and having the chance to play with them was overwhelming. While playing with new people, I learned that I should not be boastful and proud while we were winning because it will just turn the tables and we can lose from it. Smiling all the time could help because it can also affect the other players, it can help them build their emotions and enthusiasm. while we were in the court, there are times when we are down and angry about losing and are hearts were set for revenge and it did not help us, we were losing without a good game. I also learned when players just enjoy their game, it helps them to win. We set our hearts to enjoy and the desire to win helped us win at least 2 games. My goal of being able to spike serve increased 50%.
